These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website, services, and publishing platform of the NIU Journal of Legal Studies, Cyber Policy and Digital Governance, published by Noida International University. Submission of a manuscript constitutes a formal declaration that the work is not under consideration elsewhere and complies with ethical and legal standards.
