1. Commitment to Accessibility

The journal aims to provide an inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly digital environment that enables seamless access to journal information, research articles, archives, and policy pages across both desktop and mobile platforms.

Accessibility is a core part of our continuous improvement strategy, and we actively work to reduce barriers that may affect access to academic and business research content.

2. Accessibility Standard Target

We strive to design and enhance our website in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

While we aim for full compliance, some legacy content, datasets, or third-party materials may not yet fully conform to these standards.

3. Measures We Take

  • Use of clear heading structures and meaningful page titles
  • Improved keyboard navigation and accessible interactive elements
  • Readable typography with appropriate spacing and contrast
  • Responsive design for different devices and screen sizes
  • Improved usability of submission systems, forms, and navigation menus
  • Accessible design for buttons, links, and notifications
  • Encouragement of accessibility best practices in scholarly publishing

4. Accessible Scholarly Content

We encourage authors to prepare manuscripts that follow accessibility best practices, including structured formatting, descriptive headings, meaningful links, and alternative text for non-text elements.

However, due to the nature of academic publishing, some content such as PDFs, complex data visualizations, tables, or externally sourced materials may have accessibility limitations.

5. Known Limitations

Some areas of the website may not yet fully meet accessibility expectations, including older archived articles, complex analytics content, third-party integrations, and external resources.

We are actively working to identify and improve these areas over time.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Certain features of the website may rely on third-party platforms such as indexing services, repositories, analytics tools, or hosted documents. While we strive to use accessible solutions, we do not fully control the accessibility of external services.

7. Feedback, Assistance, and Alternative Access

If you experience accessibility issues or require assistance, please contact us with details of the issue, including the page and type of difficulty.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accessible alternatives, address barriers, or guide you to suitable solutions.

8. Review Cycle and Updates

This Accessibility Statement may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, evolving standards, and updates to the website and services.

Regular review and testing are part of our commitment to continuous accessibility improvement.
